For Budget, Standard and Deluxe Package Bookings
50% of package cost at the time of booking and confirmation.
Balance 50% of package cost to be paid on arrival day after completion of day-1 sightseeing.
For Premium and Luxury Package Bookings
70% of package cost at the time of booking and confirmation.
Balance 30% of package cost to be paid on arrival day after completion of day-1 sightseeing.
For Royal Package Bookings
100% of package cost at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If any customer wants to cancel his/her booking due to reasons like illness, death, accident, or non-payment of the balance, the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client.
Please note that we do not accept any cancellation requests on Sundays, Public Holidays, and any cancellations made after office hours. Such cancellation requests will be considered on the next working day.
Cancellation Policy for Tour Package
For Budget, Standard and Deluxe Package
- 20% of Package Cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation requests received 30 or more days before arrival.
- 35% of Package Cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation requests received between 20 to 29 days before arrival.
- 50% of Package Cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation requests received between 10 to 19 days before arrival.
- 65% of Package Cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation requests received within 10 days before arrival.
- No refund for bookings made from 15 December to 15 January.
For Premium, Luxury and Royal Package
- 50% of Package Cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation requests received 30 or more days before arrival.
- 70% of Package Cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation requests received between 20 to 29 days before arrival.
- 80% of Package Cost will be charged as a penalty on cancellation requests received between 10 to 19 days before arrival.
- No refund if the cancellation request is received within 10 days before arrival.
- No refund for bookings made from 15 December to 15 January.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for Cruise Ticket Booking
- For rescheduling, Rs. 200 will be applicable per person per sector, and the client needs to inform us 72 hours before departure.
- 15% cancellation fee for cancellation requests received before 07 days of ferry departure.
- 50% cancellation fee for cancellation requests received before 03 days of ferry departure.
- No refund for cancellation requests received within 48 hours of ferry departure.
