Terms and Conditions

At Andaman Ocean Hills Tours & Travels, we aim to deliver a seamless and memorable travel experience. Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions, which apply once you confirm your booking with us.

1. Booking and Payment Terms

• All packages are quoted based on hotel availability and your preferred choices within your budget. Hotel rooms are blocked only after receiving your confirmation via email, telephone, or WhatsApp.
• Once rooms are blocked, an advance payment must be made within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in the release of the rooms in accordance with hotel policies.
• Final confirmation for hotels and ferry tickets (Port Blair, Havelock Island, and Neil Island) will be processed only after receiving the booking amount in our designated bank account.

2. Changes to Accommodation and Services

• We reserve the right to substitute hotels or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, similar alternatives will be arranged; no refund or compensation will be provided.
• We are not liable for loss of property, personal injury, or death occurring at hotels. Any damage caused to hotel property during your stay must be settled directly by you with the hotel management.

3. Transportation Services

• Cabs are provided strictly as per the itinerary.
• Additional charges will apply for any extra use of vehicles on leisure days or after completing the scheduled sightseeing activities.
• Cab services for dinner are not included. If required, separate charges will be applicable.

4. Services and Inclusions

• Only services explicitly listed in the Service Voucher and paid for will be provided.
• Any additional services or upgrades must be settled directly by the guest.

5. Customized Packages

• Customized packages are prepared based on the client’s personal preferences.
• No claims related to the combination, pricing, service category, or type will be entertained once confirmed.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances

• We are not responsible for costs arising from unexpected events such as landslides, roadblocks, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure events.
• In case of ferry cancellations (to/from Port Blair, Havelock, or Neil Island) due to weather or operational issues, alternative accommodations will be arranged.
  • Additional stay costs must be borne by the guests.
  • No refund or compensation will be entertained under such circumstances.

7. Sightseeing and Schedule Adjustments

• Sightseeing schedules may be rescheduled or altered based on weather conditions, operational issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.

8. Responsibility for Personal Belongings

• Guests are advised not to leave valuables such as wallets, purses, or expensive items in the vehicle during sightseeing tours.
• We will not be held responsible for any loss of personal items from our vehicles.

9. Hotel and Service Availability

• Hotel and service confirmations are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
• If the listed hotels are unavailable, similar category accommodations will be provided without additional liability.

10. No Refund Policy

• No refund shall be made for services not utilized by the client during the tour, including hotel stays, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc.
• No refund is applicable if a tour is cancelled midway for any personal reason by the client.

11. Ferry and Transport Information

• We are not responsible for ferry cancellations due to bad weather or operational issues.
• In such situations, we will arrange alternative sightseeing tours where possible.
• Private ferry ticket rates are inclusive of base category seats only. Upgrades will be chargeable separately.

All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Port Blair, India
