• Our package is quoted based on the availability of hotels and as per the client’s choice on their budget. We block hotel rooms only after getting confirmation from the client via email, telephonic conversation, or WhatsApp chats. Once we block rooms, the customer needs to deposit the advance payment within 24 hours. Failing to do so, rooms might be released as per the hotel policy.

• We reserve the right to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case, we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property or life at the hotel. Similarly, any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay shall be payable by the clients, and the Company will not be liable for the same.

• The confirmation of all hotels and ferry ticket bookings for Port Blair, Havelock Island, and Neil Island will be made after receiving a confirmation from the client, with a booking amount to be paid into our bank account.

• We provide cab service only as per the itinerary. Extra charges are applicable when you use the vehicle’s services on leisure days or after completing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.

• We do not provide cab service for dinner. If you need a cab outside your hotel for dinner, additional charges will be applicable.

• All services will be as per those specified/confirmed and paid for as per Service Vouchers. If you avail of any service not included in the holiday package or upgrade yourself, the payment for the same will have to be cleared by you directly.

• The customer hereby agrees that the customized package is as per his/her will and choice. No claim on the combination, price of package, category, and type of service shall be entertained.

• We shall not be responsible for any costs arising from unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.

• We shall not be responsible for any overstay expenses on account of any delay or changes in air, ship, ferry, or cancellation of special bogie on account of Force Majeure (Act of God) including weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other reason whatsoever.

• In case of any unexpected bad weather condition, natural calamity, or any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry service to Port Blair, Havelock, or Neil Island gets canceled, we will provide alternative accommodation. The additional night stay on any island will be on a direct payment basis by the guest. The client shall not hold “The Company” responsible for the same, and no claim whatsoever can be made by the client against The Company for refund or compensation.

• We may change or reschedule the sightseeing days mentioned in the itinerary based on weather conditions and schedules to other sightseeing.

• We advise guests not to keep any valuables like wallets, purses, or any costly items in our cab/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for the loss of valuables from the cab/vehicle.

• Confirmation of hotels and other services is subject to availability. If the mentioned hotels are not available, we provide similar category hotels.

• It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc., due to any reason whatsoever.

• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of boats due to bad weather and are not liable for it. In that situation, we can arrange alternative sightseeing tours for you.

• We do not refund any amount if you cancel your tour in the middle of your trip.

• Under Private Ferry, rates are inclusive of base category seats.
