Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

If any customer wants to cancel his / her booking due to any reasons like illness, death, accident or non-payment of the balance payment then the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from Client 

Please note that we are not taking any cancellation request on Sundays, Public Holidays and Cancellation done after office hours. Such cancellation request will be considered in the next working day.

Cancellation Policy for Tour Package:

For Budget, Standard and Deluxe Package

• 20% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation request received 30 or more days before Arrival.
• 35% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation request received between 20 to 29 days before Arrival.
• 50% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation request received between 10 to 19 days before Arrival.

• 65% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation request received  within 10 days before Arrival.      
• No refund for booking made from 15 December to 15 January.

For Premium, Luxury and Royal Package

• 50% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation request received 30 or more days before Arrival.
• 70% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation request received between 20 to 29 days before Arrival.
• 80% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation request received between 10 to 19 days before Arrival.

• No refund if you cancelled request received within 10 days before Arrival.      
• No refund for booking made from 15 December to 15 January.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for Cruise Ticket Booking:

• For rescheduling Rs.200 will applicable for per person per sector, for this client need to update us before 72 hrs of departure..
• 15% Cancellation fee for cancellation received before 07 Days of ferry departure.
• 50% Cancellation fee for cancellation received before 03 Days of ferry departure.
• No refund for cancellation received before 48 Hours of ferry departure
